1. How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery on orders up to 25kg are £18 (£15 ex). This normally takes 3 days.
Express Delivery on orders up to 25kg are £24 (£20 ex). This is a nextday service.
Half Pallet Delivery on orders up to 50kg are £60 (£50 ex). This normally a 3 day service if items in stock.
Pallet Delivery on orders 25kg - 100kg are £90 (£75 ex). This normally a 3 day service if items in stock.
Heavy Load Delivery on orders 101kg - 300kg are £180 (£150 ex). This normally a 3 day service if items in stock.
Our order cut off time is 2pm. After which orders will be processed the following day.
Special order items or built to order items will have varying delivery times. You will be notified within 24 hours of the estimated delivery time.

2. When will my delivery arrive?
The majority of our smaller products can be with you the next day. Just select Express Shipping from the check out insead of Standard Shipping. Our order cut off times are stated above. Heavier loads such as Half Pallets, Full Pallets and Heavy Loads will take longer to arrive. If the heavy items are instock then the delivery time should be no more than 3 days. We can arrange Express Delivery of all large items if they are in stock, but please call to check availability. Please note any special order items or built to order items will be on extended delivery times. These range between a few days and a few weeks. Please contact us to check before placing the order. For special order items we will supply an estimated time scale within 24 hours of the order being placed.

3. What if Im out when you deliver?
With a parcel delivery, if there is no one in, the courier will leave a card so that you can arrange for the parcel to be delivered another time. If you have special delivery instructions contact us in the office. We can only pass on these instructions to the courier and as such can not be held responsible. Large Pumps will be delivered on a pallet or in special boxes. You will need to sign for these. Please note the driver will only ever offload the pallet.
4. How much will delivery cost me?
The delivery cost are always clearly stated at the check out. Larger items may be delivered by the suppliers own transport. SurecastModernPumps.co.uk is committed to keeping delivery costs low. We will never profit from delivery costs.
5. Will I be able to order online and then pick up from SurecastModernPumps.co.uk stores?
Sorry. All orders are delivery only.
6. Can I order delivery to a different name or address?
Yes, as long as the delivery address is in mainland England and Wales.
7. Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes, you can do this online using our Order Status Feature. We will also be introducing an integrated order tracking page. Tracking will be available shortly.
