5. Who will be responsible for returning the unwanted goods?
The buyer will always be responsible for returning the unwanted goods.
6. Can I return a made to order product?
These can't be returned, as it's not possible for us to resell them.
7. Can I return goods I have opened or assembled?
You can, but we may have to recover our money from you if we cannot sell the goods as new. This means that there may be a deduction of up to 30% of the purchase price if we are not able to resell the products at full price because of the condition they are returned to us. If we are not able to resell the goods at all because of the condition they are returned to us there may be a deduction of the full purchase price.
